Childcare Consultancy
Our Childcare and Preschool Consultancy program supports Directors, Centre Managers, and Educators in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector who are looking to strengthen their knowledge and confidence in supporting children with developmental delays, disabilities, or neurodivergent needs.
Our experienced therapists work alongside your team to provide practical, evidence-based strategies that can be used in everyday classroom routines. The focus is on helping educators create inclusive learning environments, support children’s participation, and build strong partnerships with families.
Support can be delivered in a range of flexible ways, including:
- 1:1 consultation with Directors or Centre Managers to discuss specific children, support centre wide challenges, consult on processes and procedures and help centres access inclusion funding.
- On-the-floor coaching and modelling for Educators within the learning environment (e.g. teaching practical strategies to support communication differences, sensory challenges and minimising behaviours)
- Team workshops or professional development training focused on inclusive practices e.g. supporting communication, managing behaviour, sensory needs, and participation in classroom routines

School Consultancy
Our School Consultancy program is targeted to School Teachers/Support Staff who are seeking to learn more about supporting children with a developmental delay or neurodivergent needs and their families.
The Stronger Together Foundation can provide:
- Individualised support for children with additional needs
- On-the-floor support for staff
- Team workshops and training
