Ramsay Zreikat
Ramsay Zreikat is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with almost 30 years’ experience advising and guiding small to medium sized business owners through the complex world of tax and accounting. In addition to that Ramsay is a Director, Owner and National Sales Manager of one of Australia’s leading Agricultural supplies company, Colin Campbell (Chemicals), which was established in 1940. Ramsay brings to the Stronger Together Foundation a raft of experience in Marketing, business management, a financial knowledge.
As a parent of a child with neurodivergent needs, Ramsay is very passionate about giving back to the organisation and community that has helped his family immensely. He brings to the board worldly experience and a perspective from that of a parent of a neurodiverse child.
Kate Downing
Kate Downing is a senior marketing professional and strategic leader with almost 20 years of experience driving brand strategy, marketing transformation, and business growth across multiple industries. She is currently the General Manager at FundFindrs, where she leads the overall business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. In this role, she is responsible for driving commercial success, overseeing marketing and brand development, managing key partnerships, and ensuring the business is positioned for long-term scalability.
As a founding board member of Stronger Together Foundation, Kate Downing is passionate about giving back to her local community. With a background in helping businesses grow and thrive, she brings her expertise in strategy, communications, and stakeholder engagement to support the foundation’s mission of empowering families and children with neurodivergent needs.
Linda O’Connor
Linda O’Connor is an Executive Director with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS), with operations in over 25 countries internationally. Linda is responsible for an assessor workforce of over 400 healthcare professionals, healthcare accreditation of over 1,600 health services across Australia, customer services, healthcare standards development, and a national and international healthcare clinical indicator development, reporting and benchmarking program.
Linda has worked in healthcare for 30 years in clinical, management and Executive roles. She is a Board Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, and works closely with the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare (ACSQHC) to meet national accreditation requirements.
Linda’s clinical specialties include high risk obstetric ultrasound and medical imaging. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Communication, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and is a Surveyor for the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua). Linda is a member of the Harvard Club of Australia, and a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.
