Sibworks – STF

About the program

Disability impacts the whole family, including siblings. SibWorks is a peer support program designed specifically for children aged 8–12 who have a brother or sister with disability or who are neurodivergent.

The program helps siblings build emotional wellbeing and resilience while connecting with other children who share similar experiences. Through fun and engaging activities, participants gain a better understanding of their sibling’s needs, explore their own strengths, and develop practical strategies to manage complex feelings.

Who should attend this program?
