Recently in the July school holidays families joined us for one of our most anticipated events of the year, our Community Access Event at Inflatable World Dural.
Thanks to the generous support of a Castle Hill RSL ClubGRANT, children with additional needs and their siblings enjoyed exclusive use of the venue for two hours, creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone could simply have fun.
For many families, community outings can bring added challenges and uncertainty. By creating a space where every family felt understood and supported, children were free to explore, play and build confidence at their own pace, while parents could relax knowing they were surrounded by people who “just get it”.
The feedback from families says it all.
“The event ran very smoothly. From the initial booking through to receiving social stories and then upon arrival, quickly being seen to check in. Everyone had a smile on their face and it was so relaxing for once with my daughter in a social setting as everyone was in the same boat.”
“I thought it was absolutely amazing, both my kids had an amazing time and it was great knowing I could take my son and not worry about what happens if he gets overstimulated or upset.”

These events provide more than just a fun outing. They create opportunities for children to enjoy new experiences, develop confidence, connect with other families and participate in their community in a way that feels safe and inclusive.
