At the Stronger Together Foundation, our team is at the heart of everything we do. Every day, our clinicians, educators and support staff bring compassion, expertise and dedication to the children and families we support.
This year, we are delighted to introduce a new initiative: Staff Member of the Term.
Our Staff Member of the Term Award recognises a team member who consistently demonstrates our core values. Nominations are submitted by colleagues, making this a particularly meaningful way to celebrate the people who embody the heart of our organisation.

This term, we are delighted to recognise Michelle England, who was nominated for demonstrating all five of our values.
Michelle was nominated by a colleague who shared how generously she offered one of her beautifully written reports to help scaffold their own work. The report was described as thoughtful, strengths-based and deeply respectful of the child and family, capturing both their unique abilities and support needs in a warm and meaningful way.
Beyond her written work, Michelle is recognised for the way she interacts with families and colleagues each day. She brings warmth, professionalism and genuine passion to everything she does, always with a clear focus on making a positive and lasting difference.
Michelle’s ability to connect with others, celebrate each child’s individuality and approach her work with such purpose makes her a wonderful example of what Stronger Together Foundation stands for.
