Her passion extends beyond her own work with families. Elle is always willing to share her knowledge and experience with colleagues, particularly new graduates, offering practical advice, fresh ideas and strategies they can put into practice during their sessions.
What makes Elle particularly special is the way she brings our values to life in her everyday interactions. She actively fosters an inclusive and welcoming workplace, ensuring colleagues feel supported, valued and connected. Whether she’s helping someone work through a challenge, sharing an idea or simply making time for a teammate, Elle approaches every interaction with warmth and generosity.
