Friday 8 May 2026 was a day to remember as we hosted our 9th Annual Charity Golf Day at Lynwood Golf & Country Club.
With blue skies, sunshine and a perfect twenty-something-degree day, conditions could not have been better for golf. The course looked spectacular, and from the moment players arrived, there was a wonderful sense of excitement and camaraderie.
This year, we welcomed an incredible 30 teams and 118 players, making it our biggest Golf Day to date.
But the most remarkable achievement came later in the day, when our community helped us raise a record-breaking $47,500 to support children with developmental delays, disability or who are neurodivergent, along with the families who love them.
A Day Filled with Fun, Connection and Community Spirit
The Stronger Together Foundation Charity Golf Day has become much more than a golf tournament. It is a chance for businesses, friends and supporters to come together, enjoy a fantastic day out and make a meaningful difference in the lives of local families.
The atmosphere on course was upbeat from start to finish, with plenty of friendly competition, laughter and memorable moments.
As always one of the standouts of the day was our much-loved gimmick hole, which this year took on a vibrant Palm Springs theme. Complete with pink flamingos and plenty of retro flair, players competed in our “Closest to the Flamingo” challenge, which brought plenty of laughs and a splash of colour to the course.

A huge congratulations to all teams who took part. Whether you were lifting a trophy, winning a raffle prize or simply enjoying a fantastic day with colleagues and friends, your support helped make a meaningful difference for local children and families.
Record Funds Raised for Local Families
The $47,500 raised will directly support the work of the Stronger Together Foundation.
These funds will help us continue to provide:
- Free Speech and OT screeners which identify children as early as possible in their journey.
- Hosting our Inclusive Family Events each year which enables families to come together and enjoy a local venue (e.g. inflatable world) with each other.
- Activating our Sensory Break Out Space at community events for neurodivergent people to access during community events.
- Providing our intensive Andy Bear Club program for children who are preparing for formal schooling.
Each dollar raised helps ensure more children can access the support they need to reach their full potential.
